What you’ll be doing…

  • End to end campaign testing ownership, including maintaining best practice set ups
  • Documentation of process and enablement training of new features
  • Liaising closely with the Engineering team and the Analytics teams to define measurement and success criteria
  • Working closely with the Trading teams in each market where we are running testing, but also subsequently for adoption of new products/features
  • Supporting the Global Trading Strategy lead in regular market assessments and collating requirements across the global trading community


What you’ll need to have…

  • Demonstrative experience using Appnexus or DV360 consoles or similar
  • Proven track record in optimising programmatic, direct response and brand advertising campaigns
  • Previous experience specifically in video and mobile campaign optimisation desirable
  • Exposure to programmable bidders/machine learning based optimisation technology desirable
  • High success rate in hitting client goals – CPA, CTR, ROI, VTR, etc
  • Good understanding of the rationale behind A/B testing methodologies
  • Proven record of following processes and understanding workflow structures
  • Clear communication and organisation skills – examples of working with either clients or agencies
  • Good excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
