Technical Account Manager – French Speaking

Do you want to work for a rapidly expanding company where you can grow your career? We are looking for a French Speaking Technical Account Manager to join us in our London HQ. You will be working with the wider Technical Account Management Team and looking after a mix of French and UK based clients.


What the job entails…

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for multiple brands, across multiple channels
    • For any queries the Commercial team will introduce you to answer questions.
  • Having a complete understanding of the technology partners/systems that each client has in place and how this relates to the KPIs for their activity
  • Oversee uploading of different ad formats to various DSPs
  • Act as the point of contact for all French client 3rd party integration, and a large portion of UK.
    • The majority of our requests as a team come from the UK office, the French team are growing and account for around a third of requests.
  • Limiting the risk of revenue loss across assigned accounts due to discrepancy and added value
  • Scheduling support required from a dedicated outsourcing pod and helping manage the SLAs associated
  • Deliver a best practice for utilising a suite of technology partners within Captify campaigns
  • Be a client-facing ambassador for all Captify products and the technology in use
  • Work across all teams to ensure that billable revenue is not blocked by technical issues or problems
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to ensure that campaign issues and discrepancies are resolved quickly.
  • Scheduling support required from a dedicated outsourcing pod and helping manage the SLAs associated


What you will need to have…


  • Fluent French & English speaker
  • Passion for digital media and working with web technology
  • An experienced problem solver; able to calculate and deliver solutions for complex problems, to a wide range of audiences
  • Attention to detail
  • A proficient understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as various DSPs (Appnexus, DBM etc)Relevant experience in the online media industry, search advertising, display or ad networks
  • Experienced in working with client accounts and managing expectations, particularly surrounding technology
  • A desire to improve system efficiency and performance



  • Experience working with different platforms (Celtra, Sizmek, Flashtalking etc).
  • Spanish speaking skills
  • Comfortable working with 3rd party monitoring companies (aka IAS, MOAT, Double Verify)
